Thomas Seawell

Thomas Seawell was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1936 and currently lives in Commerce, Texas. He works in sculpture and in serigraph. His prints are complex overlays of colors and glazes. He has had over fifty single artist exhibitions throughout his career and has received numerous awards and prizes throughout his career.
Seawell's work is in many public collections and he is a member of Boston printmakers, SAGA (Society of American Graphic Artists), Philadelphia Water Color Society, and Texas Sculpture Association. He has been published in Hand Formed Ceramics by Richard Zankin, 1995, and Printmaking: A Primary Form of Expression by Eldon C. Cunningman, 1992.
