Rebecca Carter's groundless thread drawing, video installation and photo-based projects have been exhibited at the Dallas Museum of Art, the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Dallas Contemporary, the exterior walls of the Dallas Omni Hotel, Road Agent Gallery, The Reading Room, 500X, the Cheongju International Craft Biennale in Korea, The New York Center for Book Arts and Arts Religare in India. Her installation "Cosmic Tears" recently returned home from the La Napoule Foundation for the Arts in France and her project “No Place Like Home” was recently included in Gil Perry’s Playing at Home: The House in Contemporary Art from Reaktion Books. Rebecca served as Assistant Professor of Art at Southern Methodist University and currently teaches at Eastfield College.
