Ron Criswell: Living Color
Picasso once “Learn the rules like a pro, so you can break them like an artist.” I have always agreed with that. A so-called color scheme... is just that, a scheme, but not necessarily art. I use a variety of media in my work: watercolor, acrylic, car paint, fluorescent street marking, rattle-can paint, epoxy resin, and nail polish. I'm exploring photo-shopped images, digital printing, and combinations of each with painting. The color possibilities are unlimited.
