ABOUT THE ARTIST

Kriti Sinha is an emerging multimedia artist whose work spans both performing and visual arts. She completed her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Cornell University in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Although her journey in performing arts began in college, visual arts have been with her throughout her life. With striking colors, dramatic shapes, and unfamiliar imagery, her art style embodies the whimsical and the grotesque.

ARTIST STATEMENT

Art for me is an experience of both delight and disorientation. With my work, I aim to reintroduce the childlike wonder and curiosity that many of us lose touch with over time. Each piece is a celebration of the human condition - the beauty of oddities, the comfort in the unfamiliar, and the absurdity that envelopes it all.
