Ro2 Art is proud to present An Evening of Art and Jewels, featuring unique and limited edition jewelry pieces by Elle Schuster, in conjuction with West Village's celebration of Fashion's Night Out 2011. A special group exhibition of work by Ro2 Artists will also be presented, including works in a variety of visual media.

About Elle Schuster
Elle Schuster has been an internationally known photo-illustrator for over 30 years. In 2006 she made the first necklace as a good luck token; a branch dripping opal tears, inspired by a Frida Kahlo painting. Encouraged by the response, she continued to make these wearable sculptures which are assembled using gold or silver wire to bind precious & semiprecious gemstones. A hallmark of her design is the virtually invisible stainless steel cable that the pieces hang on which makes them seem to hover over the heart.Some pieces are made of minerals, coral and found objects suspended on leather. Mother-and-son partners Susan Roth Romans and Jordan Roth operate Ro2 Art, a full-service gallery and consultancy with spaces in the Uptown and Downtown areas of Dallas, working with a diverse group of contemporary artists, most with ties to the North Texas Region.
