Chad Cook
I am an artist who works from a wide array of influences. Originally from Sulphur Springs, TX, I was formally trained in painting and printmaking at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. At SAIC I studied closely with my friend, artist, and teacher Karl Wirsum and graduated with my BFA in 1995. I heavily identify with the Chicago Imagists school of painting and the Hairy Who? group in particular.
